----- Congratulations to all for another great festival filled with fun, 
films, and filmmakers! There were so many wonderful memories. We want  to thank all the volunteers, organizers, filmmakers, special guests, and audience members for making Flatland 5 one for the books.
-- A Quiet Little Marriage opened the fest and star Cy Carter was great to talk to and the audience loved the film.
-- Big thanks to Erik Mauck, Chelsea, Emily, and Megan Hagins for all being here to screen Zombie Girl: The Movie! What a great film and good company for all the filmmakers that attended this year. Emily just about sold out her copies of Pathogen and plenty of Zombie fans showed up to see this gem of a doc.
-- And Rock Prophecies literally rocked the house and the full crowd enjoyed talking with star Robert Knight, seeing his amazing photography exhibition, and hearing Ryan McGarvey, who wowed the crowd with an amazing live performance after the screening.
-- The audiences loved the shorts and so many commented on the quality and strength of all of this year’s films, I don’t know how we will top the screenings for next year.
-- Congrats to the prizewinners and to everyone for helping to make another year of Flatland Film Festival a success.
